Why hypnosis?

In over 25 years of private practice, I've discovered no method more powerful for producing positive change than clinical hypnosis. Unfortunately, many have a skewed understanding of hypnosis, usually being confused with stage hypnosis, which is purely entertainment.

What is clinical hypnosis?

Clinical hypnosis is a relaxed, highly focused state of concentration.
Remember, what you focus on, you amplify. Through hypnosis, one is guided in acquiring a relaxed, highly absorbed concentration. This allows for amplifying inner resources, which are otherwise not accessed.
