Vic Rebman, Ph.D., HSPP is the founder of Rebman Consulting, a goal oriented consulting firm committed to helping individuals and organizations reach their goals (a division of Adventures In Learning, providing clinical consulting and counseling services). He provides coaching and consulting services for addressing the human factor issues which impact performance and profitability.

Vic earned his doctorate in clinical psychology from Nova University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida (APA approved doctoral program). He completed an APA approved internship at Malcolm Bliss Mental Health Center in St. Louis, Missouri. He received his M.A. in clinical/experiemental psychology and B.A. in psychology from Wichita State University, graduating with honors--magna cum laude. In 1982, Vic and his wife moved to the Fort Wayne, Indiana area, where he has been in private practice for over 25 years.

Through executive and high performance coaching, leadership and management development, and state of the art assessment methods, Vic works to build trust, respect, and cooperation throughout organizations. He has extensive experience working with individuals through coaching, consulting, and assessment, helping them realize their fullest potential. His deep insights into human nature and dynamics of human behavior make him uniquely qualified to ignite the potential within individuals and organizations.

With over 50,000 hours of experience, Vic understands what it takes for individuals and working cultures to change, and how to stimulate and guide the change process. His ability to combine psychology and spirituality provides a unique approach to the coaching and development process.

During his leisure time, Vic enjoys flying, woodworking and motorcycling. His most memorable adventure was rafting the Grand Canyon on his 50th birthday.

M. Lynn Rebman is co-founder of Rebman Consulting and co-owner of Adventures In Learning. With her background in education and business (Wichita State University, 1978, and Nova University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida), she brings a complementary perspective to the team.

In 1993, Vic and Lynn decided to open Adventures In Learning, primarily a therapeutic private practice. The business has evolved over the years to a unique blend of education and business, with an emphasis in the psychological aspects of business, hence Rebman Consulting!

Lynn is most proud of their daughter, Lauren, a recent Purdue graduate, who is now working full-time and attending graduate school. Although, she is following in Vic's footsteps to pursue a career in family counseling, Lauren is definitely her mother's daughter!
